YEREVAN. Oct 14 (Interfax) - The Azerbaijani Armed Forces have hit a hospital in the northeastern area of the line of contact between Nagorno-Karabakh and Azerbaijani forces, the Defense Ministry of the unrecognized Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) said on Wednesday.
"A strike has been delivered upon a hospital in the northeastern theater, where civilians are also undergoing treatment. This is a war crime, the responsibility for which fully rests with the Azerbaijani military-political leadership," it said.
