MINSK. Oct 22 (Interfax) - Some external forces are seeking to change the system of governance in Belarus unconstitutionally, Russian Foreign Intelligence Service head Sergei Naryshkin said.
"As concerns influence from the outside, it's obvious. We also see this at home, in Russia. And our partners from the Belarusian State Security Committee also see this. This influence is not altruistic. Of course, we see the desire to try to change the existing system, the existing political power, using unconstitutional methods," the Belarusian state-run news agency BelTA quoted Naryshkin as telling journalists in Minsk on Thursday.
