YEREVAN. Nov 11 (Interfax) - An extraordinary session of the Armenian parliament meant to consider the dismissal of Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has not taken place, Naira Zohrabyan, a member of the parliament representing the opposition, said.
"The parliamentary session did not take place because there was no quorum. Only Deputy Speaker Lena Nazaryan attended the session. Other members of the ruling faction failed to attend the session," Zohrabyan told journalists on Wednesday.
The organizers of a rally demanding Pashinyan's dismissal have called on the protesters to go home and await further developments.
