MOSCOW. Nov 12 (Interfax) - A joint Russian-Turkish center will help ensure reliable monitoring over compliance with the ceasefire in Nagorno-Karabakh, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said at talks by video link with Turkish Defense Minister Hulusi Akar.
"The decision to establish a joint monitoring center will help exercise reliable oversight of the parties' compliance with the ceasefire and will help lay a solid groundwork for resolving this long-running conflict," Shoigu said.
