Trilateral agreement does not envisage meaningful resolution of Karabakh issue - PM Pashinyan

YEREVAN. Nov 12 (Interfax) - The trilateral agreement on Nagorno-Karabakh signed by the leaders of Armenia, Azerbaijan and Russia envisages the end of war in Karabakh and the handover of territories but does not resolve the Karabakh issue, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said.

"This document does not envisage the meaningful resolution of the issue, it only envisions the termination of hostilities. The Karabakh issue remains unresolved, and there is more work to be done," Pashinyan said in his address to the nation.
