YEREVAN. Nov 12 (Interfax) - Armenian police have dispersed an opposition rally organized by opposition party Sasna Tsrer in the center of Yerevan, whose participants were demanding Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's resignation.
A special taskforce has cleared Freedom Square in central Yerevan of demonstrators and detained about 20 of them, an Interfax correspondent reported.
The Sasna Tsrer party was founded by members of an armed group that seized a police station in Yerevan in the summer of 2016.
