MOSCOW. Nov 18 (Interfax) - There are some differences in the stances of Russia and Turkey, Russian President Vladimir Putin said.
"We [Russia and Turkey] don't always have the same stances or views on everything. Sometimes they're drastically divergent," Putin said in an interview with the Rossiya-24 (VGTRK) television channel.
"But the art of diplomacy lies in finding compromise. And compromise is based on respect for one's partner," he said.
