Russian specialists find over 280 destroyed, 2,500 damaged buildings in Nagorno-Karabakh

STEPANAKERT. Nov 20 (Interfax) - Specialists of the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry have said that more than 280 buildings were destroyed and 2,500 were damaged in Nagorno-Karabakh as a result of the armed conflict, head of the ministry's operational group in the region Igor Kutrovsky said on Friday.

"Forty-three populated localities have been inspected as of November 20. In them, more than 2,500 facilities sustained damage in varying degrees. Of them, 280 were fully destroyed," he said.
