BAKU. Nov 20 (Interfax) - Commander of the Azerbaijani Emergency Situations Ministry's Civil Defense Troops Ilham Abdullayev and director of the international activity department of the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry Vladimir Solovyov discussed resuming power supply to Nagorno-Karabakh at a meeting in Shusha on Friday.
"Humanitarian issues in Nagorno-Karabakh, including the restoration of power supply mains, gas supply, and communications, were discussed during the meeting," the Azerbaijani Emergency Situations Ministry said on Friday.
The parties agreed to maintain regular contacts to continue cooperation.
