MOSCOW. Nov 20 (Interfax) - The Russian Emergency Situations Ministry has sent two humanitarian convoys to the people of Nagorno-Karabakh, the press service for the Emergency Situations Ministry told reporters.
"The Russian Emergency Situations Ministry is sending the first humanitarian convoys to Nagorno-Karabakh on November 20. Construction materials for the restoration of social infrastructure and housing in affected communities will be delivered via special transport," the press service said, adding that two such humanitarian convoys have been sent.
The ministry has formed two motorcades that will take cargo to Stepanakert, the press service said.
