MOSCOW. Nov 23 (Interfax) - Russian peacekeepers escorted another motorcade composed of buses carrying refugees to Nagorno-Karabakh from Armenia on Sunday, the Russian Defense Ministry said.
Thirty-four buses carrying over 1,400 refugees went to the main square of Stepanakert from Yerevan, the Defense Ministry said. The motorcade was escorted by patrols of the Russian peacekeeping contingent and military police.
"While crossing the contact line to return civilians to their homes in Stepanakert, the buses were protected by Russian troops," the statement said.
