MURMANSK. Nov 27 (Interfax) - The Norwegian Consulate General in Murmansk, which was closed indefinitely on November 23, has announced the date when it will resume operation.
The diplomatic mission said on social networks that the consulate will reopen to visitors on December 7, strictly by appointment.
The Consulate General said it had to close amid the pandemic.
