Lukashenko says won't be president under new constitution

MINSK. Nov 27 (Interfax) - Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko said he will not run the country after a new constitution is adopted.

"I am not making any constitution for myself. I will not be president under the new constitution," Lukashenko was quoted by the state-run agency BelTA as saying at a meeting with the staff of the Minsk City Clinical Hospital No. 6 on Friday.
