MOSCOW. Nov 30 (Interfax) - Servicemen of the Russian Defense Ministry's International Mine Action Center are continuing engineering reconnaissance and demining of the area of responsibility of the Russian peacekeeping contingent stationed in Nagorno-Karabakh, the Russian Defense Ministry said in a statement on Monday.

"The Center's specialists have conducted engineering reconnaissance and cleared the Shusha-Lysogorsky road of explosive devices on a stretch of about three kilometers," the statement said.

Over a hundred of explosive devices were found over the past day; they were taken to the special range and destroyed, the ministry said.

In all, engineering units have cleared over 24 hectares of land and over eight kilometers of roads and have found and neutralized over 750 explosive devices in the course of the peacekeeping operation in Nagorno-Karabakh, it said.
