YEREVAN. Dec 1 (Interfax) - Armenian Defense Minister Vagharshak Harutyunyan is on a visit to Nagorno-Karabakh, where he met with the president of the breakaway republic, Arayik Harutyunyan.
At the meeting, the Karabakh leader said that, "after these tough times, there's a lot of work to do in the sphere of defense," the leader's press service said.
Bringing Armenian prisoners of war home from Azerbaijan and searching for those who are missing remains a priority, he said.
The Armenian defense minister noted, in turn, that, "all necessary measures are being carried out" with the parties interested.
