MOSCOW. Dec 4 (Interfax) - Russian peacekeepers escorted another motorcade of buses carrying refugees home to Nagorno-Karabakh from Armenia on December 3, the Russian Defense Ministry said in a statement.
"More than 1,950 people were transported by bus to Stepanakert from Yerevan today," the statement said.
The motorcade was accompanied by patrols of the Russian peacekeeping contingent and military police, and Russian servicemen ensured the security of the buses carrying civilians returning home to Stepanakert as they crossed the line of contact, it said.
In all, more than 28,000 refugees have returned home to Nagorno-Karabakh.
