There is still chance to preserve JCPOA, Russia working on it with all parties - Deputy FM Ryabkov

MOSCOW. Dec 8 (Interfax) - Russia believes there is still a chance to preserve the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) for the Iranian nuclear program, and is working together with all parties on the achievement of this objective, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said.

"The question is what should be done to increase the JCPOA's chance for staying afloat and continuing the work within the parameters set in 2015. All parties need to show restraint and responsibility; there is still a chance to do so," Ryabkov told journalists.

"We are doing the relevant work in our contacts with colleagues inside and outside Europe," Ryabkov said.
