MOSCOW. Dec 14 (Interfax) - Flight tests of Russia's Angara-A5 launch vehicle (LV), which was test-launched from the Plesetsk Cosmodrome on Monday, showed that the rocket fully meets its stated specifications, Roscosmos General Director Dmitry Rogozin said.
"The rocket showed that it meets its stated specifications," Rogozin said during a videoconference at Russia's Federation Council.
