BAKU. Dec 21 (Interfax) - The Azerbaijani authorities are set to allocate 2.2 billion manats ($1.3 billion) in reconstruction projects in Nagorno-Karabakh next year, the Azerbaijani Finance Ministry told Interfax.
"The draft of the 2021 state budget allots 2.2 billion manats to finance reconstruction projects on the freed territories," the ministry said.
In particular, the funds will be spent on repairing public utility infrastructure of the freed territories, as well as cultural and historical monuments.
