MOSCOW. Jan 13 (Interfax) - Russian peacekeepers have not detected any ceasefire violations in Nagorno-Karabakh, Dmitry Perepyolkin, deputy head of the Center for Reconciliation of Opposing Sides, said.
"No ceasefire violations or provocations have been detected," Perepyolkin said at a briefing on Wednesday.
Twenty-seven observation posts deployed along the contact line between the parties and throughout the Lachin corridor are monitoring the situation in the region at all times, he said.
The press service for the Defense Ministry of the unrecognized Nagorno-Karabakh Republic said earlier that the Azerbaijani Armed Forces had breached the ceasefire on Wednesday, resulting in a Karabakh serviceman being injured. The Azerbaijani Defense Ministry later denied reports of the attack on Armenian troops.
Azerbaijani Defense Ministry spokesperson Vagif Dargahli denied that the Azerbaijani Armed Forces had breached the ceasefire in Nagorno-Karabakh.
