MOSCOW. Jan 18 (Interfax) - The defense team for Alexei Navalny will challenge the opposition politician's arrest at the Moscow Regional Court.
"Of course this decision will be appealed. We believe it's completely unlawful," Navalny's lawyer Vadim Kobzev told Interfax.
The Khimki City Court sanctioned Navalny's arrest until February 15 at an off-site meeting at a police station on Monday.
