MOSCOW. Jan 26 (Interfax) - The Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) on the Iranian nuclear program should be fully resumed without any preconditions, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said.
"I want to emphasize that there is a temptation in some countries to link progress in regional security with the restoration of the JCPOA. We aren't one of these countries. To the contrary, we are convinced that the JCPOA should be fully resumed without any preconditions," Lavrov said at a press conference following talks with his Iranian counterpart Mohammad Javad Zarif in Moscow on Tuesday.
