BAKU. Feb 8 (Interfax) - A car carrying three Azerbaijani citizens was blown up by an anti-tank mine in the Jabrail district in the south-west of Azerbaijan, in the proximity of Nagorno-Karabakh, on Sunday.
The dead body of one person and parts of the other passengers' bodies were found at the scene of the accident, the Azerbaijani Prosecutor General's Office said.
The Prosecutor's Office of the Jabrail district has opened a criminal case on counts of planning, preparing, unleashing, and waging an aggressive war, violations of the norms of international humanitarian law during an armed conflict, murder committed with extreme atrocity or by a dangerous method, murder of two or more persons, etc.
