MOSCOW. Feb 17 (Interfax) - The first public presentation of Russia's T-14 Armata tank will take place at an arms show in Abu Dhabi, the United Arab Emirates, Rosoboronexport head Alexander Mikheyev said.
"Rosoboronexport will display new products from its export catalogue in Abu Dhabi. In particular, for the first time in this region, it will present the armored personnel carrier and the infantry combat vehicle mounted on the Bumerang unified wheeled combat platform, the Antey-400 air defense missile system, the Viking air defense missile system, and the Tor-E2 air defense missile system," the Rosoboronexport press service quoted Mikheyev as saying.
"We will publicly present for the first time the T-14 Armata tank and new Russian firearms the Kord machinegun, the Lebedev handgun, and the newest Kalashnikov rifle AK-19. We will also tell the audience about a system for countering unmanned aerial vehicles, a new comprehensive solution from Rosoboronexport, as well as Russian-made training complexes," Mikheyev said.
