MOSCOW. Feb 24 (Interfax) - Further negotiations on nuclear disarmament will require involvement of all countries possessing nuclear weapons, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said.
"Russia will remain committed to making a solid practical contribution to nuclear missile disarmament. Further progress on this path would require involvement of all countries possessing nuclear capability, particularly the United Kingdom and France," Lavrov said via video link at a high level segment of a disarmament conference.
"Russia is open to a multilateral dialogue, which should be maintained on a consensus basis, with respect for legitimate interests of all parties and at their consent," he said.
