MOSCOW. Feb 24 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has ordered the Federal Security Service (FSB) to make shutting down contacts between terrorists and foreign special services one of its key objectives.
"I ask you to give special attention to suppressing contacts between terrorist groups and foreign special services," Putin said at a meeting of the Russian FSB board on Wednesday.
"Unfortunately, they are bringing everything into play - [foreign special services] are using terrorists as well," he said.
