Pashininyan drops idea of holding early parliamentary elections due to supporters' opposition (Part 2)

YEREVAN. Feb 25 (Interfax) - Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has said that his supporters are against holding early parliamentary elections.

"Today, the square forbade me from realizing the early election agenda," Pashinyan said during a march across Yerevan following a rally of his supporters.

"Only the people will decide how we are to proceed," he said.

Earlier, the prime minister said he was ready to continue discussing the matter.
