MOSCOW. March 10 (Interfax) - Russia is not aware of any new plan proposed by France and Germany to settle the situation in Donbas, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Andrei Rudenko told reporters on Wednesday.
"What peace plan is that? We do not know about any peace plan proposed by France and Germany. It is the first time we have heard of it," he said.
