Russia to supply armored vehicles abroad

MOSCOW. March 11 (Interfax) - Russian armored vehicles Strela, VPK-Ural, and Atlet-E have drawn a lot of interest from potential customers at the IDEX-2021 international arms fair, which recently ended in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates, and some contracts have been signed, Military Industrial Company head Alexander Krasovitsky told Interfax on Thursday.

"Agreements have been signed for the delivery of armored vehicles, and agreements were reached to deliver armored carriers," Krasovitsky said.

"The greatest interest among specialists was drawn by the renewed series of the Tigr armored vehicle family and our companies' brand new armored vehicles Strela, VPK-Ural, Atlet-E, and others," he said.

"Potential customers are also keen on Tigr chassis," Krasovitsky said.
