MOSCOW. March 18 (Interfax) - Russia has yet to confirm whether it will take part in an Istanbul meeting on Afghanistan, Russia's special representative for Afghanistan Zamir Kabulov said on Thursday.
"We have not given any consent yet. The Istanbul meeting will take place when we have seen the concept and many other things," he told journalists in Moscow.
