MOSCOW. March 18 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Thursday evening that he will instruct the country's Foreign Ministry to start preparing a phone call with United States President Joe Biden, which could take place either this Friday or on Monday next week.
"I would not put it on the back burner. I want to go to the taiga to relax a little this weekend. Therefore, it would be possible either tomorrow or on Monday [to have a phone call]. We are ready at any time convenient for the American side," Putin said on the Rossiya-24 (VGTRK) television channel.
"Right now, after our conversation, I will give the relevant instructions to the Foreign Ministry," the Russian president added.
