MOSCOW. March 18 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has proposed that he and U.S. President Joe Biden meet soon to discuss bilateral relations, strategic stability, and regional conflicts.
"We could talk about bilateral relations, and about strategic stability, about the resolution of regional conflicts. There are many, I won't enumerate them. And about problems that humanity is facing today. I mean the fight against the pandemic in particular," Putin said on the Rossiya-24 (VGTRK) television channel on Thursday.
