Pashinyan to meet parents of soldiers missing in Karabakh

YEREVAN. April 9 (Interfax) - About 100 parents of Armenian drafted soldiers posted in the unrecognized Nagorno-Karabakh republic are holding a protest rally near the Armenian government building in Yerevan to demand their demobilization, an Interfax correspondent reported from the scene.

A group of seven people is expected to meet with Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.

The parents of some soldiers who have gone missing in the Nagorno-Karabakh war have blocked the entrances to the Armenian Defense Ministry building since Thursday morning, and some of them have also blocked the motor roads linking Gyumri with Yerevan and Vanadzor.
