MOSCOW. April 14 (Interfax) - All concerns voiced by a number of countries, including the United States, regarding the relocation of Russian troops to the area bordering Ukraine are groundless, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said, adding that de-escalation will happen in Ukraine only when the Ukrainian Armed Forces cease provocative acts.
"We consider all concerns of any countries, including the U.S., over the relocation of our armed forces within the territory of Russia to be groundless," Peskov said on Wednesday in response to the relevant question from journalists.
"De-escalation may happen" in Ukrainian territory "only if the Ukrainian Armed Forces stop provocative acts," he said.
