MOSCOW. April 15 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has held a phone conversation with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko, the Kremlin press service said.
"The parties discussed certain important issues on the bilateral agenda and reaffirmed their mutual commitment to further strengthening Russian-Belarusian allied relations in all areas," it said.
"In the context of Alexander Lukashenko's recent visit to Azerbaijan, [the presidents] touched upon the Nagorno-Karabakh settlement process," the press service said.
The leaders of the two countries agreed to continue contacts at various levels, it said.
