MOSCOW. April 15 (Interfax) - Russian Security Council Secretary Nikolai Patrushev and Prime Minister Abdul Hamid Dbeibeh of the Libyan Government of National Unity met in Moscow on Thursday to discuss cooperation between the two countries' special services and joint efforts in fighting terrorist groups.
"It was acknowledged that, within the framework of such interaction, special attention should be given to fighting terrorist groups and preventing them from settling in Libyan territory," the Russian Security Council said.
