Prague's claims about Russian involvement in 2014 ammo depot blast absurd - senator Dzhabarov

MOSCOW. April 19 (Interfax) - Prague's allegations about the involvement of Russian intelligence officers in a 2014 explosion at an ammunition warehouse are absurd, Russia never considered the Czech Republic to be its enemy, the first deputy head of the foreign affairs committee in the Federation Council said.

"You imagine what an absurd accusation, they could just as well recall the year 1914! It is clear that this is some nonsense. As if Russia had nothing else to do besides blowing up some warehouses. We have never regarded Czech republic as our enemy at all," Vladimir Dzhabarov told Interfax on Saturday, commenting on the reports that Prague suspected Russian intelligence services in a 2014 explosion at a Czech ammunition warehouse.
