YEREVAN. May 14 (Interfax) - A representative from the 102nd Russian military base has joined the talks with the Azerbaijani military on the situation on the border with Armenia, in particular in the Syunik region, acting Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said.
"The talks today were joined by a representative from the Russian military base with their working maps. Remarkably, our maps and those of the Russian military base confirm our assertions about who this territory belongs to [where Azerbaijan has introduced its forces] and the coordinates of the border," Pashinyan said during an emergency parliamentary meeting on the border situation on Friday.
He also said that the talks have now ended and will resume at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
