KYIV. May 24 (Interfax) - Viktor Medvedchuk, a Ukrainian parliamentarian from the Opposition Platform - For Life faction, has said the earlier published recordings of his phone conversations were falsified for the purpose of provocation.
"I don't want to comment on any conversations as they are falsified. What is happening now is a clear provocation, production by the so-called fake factory of who said what, who talked to whom and who did what," Medvedchuk said on Twitter on Monday.
Recordings of phone conversations that are presumed to be those between Medvedchuk and the leaders of the self-proclaimed entities in Donbas were earlier published in the media.
