MOSCOW. June 8 (Interfax) - No spaceships were damaged in an incident that deformed the foundation of a workshop on the premises of the Energia Rocket and Space Corporation, the corporation's press service told Interfax.
"No harm done," the press service said in response to the relevant question.
Construction work "on the premises of the Energia Corporation caused soil subsidence and the deformation of an enterprise workshop's foundation," it said.
"Seeking to continue the workshop's operation, a commission is considering various options, including relocating the products to other sites of the enterprise or reinforcing the structure," the press service said.
There is no threat of further deformation of the workshop's foundation, the press service said.
Energia Corporation is a Russian rocket and space enterprise, a leading manufacturer of piloted spacecraft. The corporation manufactures Soyuz piloted spaceships and Progress resupply ships. It also designs automatic space and rocket systems (launch vehicles and interorbital transportation systems), as well as various types of high-tech, non-space systems.
