MOSCOW. June 8 (Interfax) - Russia has never refused to maintain dialogue with NATO, but there is no positive agenda for a Russia-NATO Council meeting at this point, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Grushko said.
"We don't refuse to hold a dialogue. But it's unrealistic for now to talk about holding a Russia-NATO Council meeting. There is no positive agenda," Grushko told Interfax on Tuesday.
It is not right to say that Moscow once refused to maintain a dialogue with the North Atlantic Alliance, he said.
