MOSCOW. Aug 3 (Interfax) - The relocation of the Soyuz MS-18 crewed spacecraft from the Rassvet module to the Nauka module on board the International Space Station (ISS) has been scheduled for September 28, 2021, Roscosmos said.
"The next operation linked to the Nauka module will be the re-docking of the Gagarin (Soyuz MS-18) crewed transport spacecraft. The preliminary information provided by the ballistic and navigation support service of the Mission Control Center of TsNIImash [part of Roscosmos] indicates that the spacecraft's undocking from the Rassvet module and its docking with Nauka are due to take place on September 28, 2021," Roscosmos said.
The relocation of the Soyuz MS-18 spacecraft will free up the docking port for the Soyuz MS-19, due to blast off on October 5, it said.
As reported, the crew began assembling the ventilation system after entering the Nauka module on Saturday to start the full-fledged operation of the module after filters finished cleaning the air.
