MOSCOW. Aug 5 (Interfax) - Russia is ready to establish constructive visa dialogue with the United States, as well as rapidly issue visas to the diplomats Washington chooses to post to Moscow, the Russian Foreign Ministry said.
"The Russian side is open to dialogue and is ready to take U.S. concerns into account. For instance, it is ready to rapidly issue visas to new employees of the U.S. embassy in Moscow posted as replacements for locally recruited personnel from among citizens of Russia and third countries," Deputy Director of the Foreign Ministry's Information and Press Department Alexander Bikantov said at a press briefing on Thursday.
Constructive work is possible only if it is "reciprocal and there are no attempts to seek unilateral benefits and concessions," Bikantov said.
