New terrorist attack possible at Kabul airport - Russian Foreign Ministry

MOSCOW. Aug 26 (Interfax) - The Russian Foreign Ministry has warned of the danger of another terrorist attack at the Kabul airport.

"There is the possibility of a second terrorist attack on the capital city's airport," the Foreign Ministry's Situational and Crisis Center Department said on Telegram.

A suicide bomber set off an explosive device near the northern entrance to the international airport in Kabul on Thursday, it said.

"Two people were killed and at least 15, including U.S. service members, received injuries of varying severity," the department said.
