Rosoboronexport's order-book up by over 3 bln euros

MOSCOW. Sept 7 (Interfax) - Rosoboronexport has announced an increase of its order-book by over 3 billion euros.

"Following the talks with foreign partners [Rosoboronexport] signed over 30 contract documents in excess of 3 billion euros," the company's press service said on Tuesday.

The contracts were signed at the Army military-technical forum, the MAKS aerospace show, and the MVMS naval show over the summer.

The new contracts involve near-term exports of defense products for all armed services, as well as means of Electronic Warfare and Air Defense, including Sukhoi aircraft such as Su-30 and Mil helicopters Mi-35P, Mi-171Sh and Mi-17V-5, airborne weapons, the combined surface-to-air missile and antiaircraft artillery system Pantsir-S1, the anti-tank missile system Kornet-EM, remote-controlled combat modules, ship- and submarine-launched weapons, small arms, close combat weapons, various munitions.

"Now Rosoboronexport's portfolio of export orders exceeds $52 billion," the statement said.
