KYIV. Sept 8 (Interfax) - Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky signed a decree enacting the National Security and Defense Council's (NSDC) decision of August 20, 2021 on the development of the Ukrainian Navy until 2031.
The relevant decree No. 459/2021 was published on the presidential website on Wednesday.
"To enact the decision of the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council of August 20, 2021 on the development of the Navy of the Ukrainian Armed Forces until 2031," the document said.
This NSDC decision is secret, and control over its implementation is entrusted to NSDC Secretary Oleksiy Danilov, it said.
"This decree takes effect on the day of its publication," the document said.
