MOSCOW. Sept 9 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin will not take part in this year's session of the UN General Assembly, Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said.
"The president isn't planning to take part in the General Assembly this year," Peskov told reporters on Thursday.
