MOSCOW. Oct 7 (Interfax) - The Extended Troika on Afghanistan will meet in Moscow in October, Russian Special Presidential Representative for Afghanistan, Director of the Russian Foreign Ministry's Second Asian Department Zamir Kabulov said on Thursday.
"Yes, this is planned," Kabulov said in response to Interfax's question.
As to whether the meeting might be held by the end of October, he said, "Even a bit earlier."
