MOSCOW. Oct 19 (Interfax) - Moscow is ready to develop military-technical cooperation with Tehran, which is interested in Russian military goods, Russia's Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation (FSMTC) said.
"Russia and Iran enjoy long-standing cooperation, and Tehran is actually interested in a broad selection of Russian goods of military use. On our parts, we are seeing all the prospects for developing military-technical cooperation with Iran," the FSMTC press service said.
On Tuesday, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu met with Iranian General Staff Chief Mohammad Bagheri.
