MOSCOW. Oct 20 (Interfax) - The Taliban movement, which is designated as terrorist and banned in Russia, have not asked Russia to extend military assistance, Russian Ambassador in Kabul Dmitry Zhirnov said.
"No, no such requests have been received. And it's out of the question," Zhirnov told reporters in Moscow on Wednesday in response to the relevant question.
